Celebrate Christmas in Style at Marshall Meadows Manor House

Once again Marshall Meadows Manor House is getting into the festive spirit and providing a range of offerings over November and December. From celebratory Christmas party nights to delectable food to a serene night’s sleep, we’ll ensure your visit to Marshall Meadows is one to remember.

An Array of Festive Delicacies

If there’s one thing that really makes Christmas, as well the company, it’s the food. Christmas is a time to indulge, and you can treat yourself to an array of delights that you may only have at this time of year.

A festive lunch is always on the top of the food agenda, and at Marshall Meadows Manor House we’re offering roast turkey and all the trimmings as part of a special three-course menu at our award-winning Restaurant 1782. This offering starts on the 27th November and runs through right to Christmas.

As well as Christmas dinner, we’re also offering a special festive afternoon tea, featuring a Christmas-spin on the classic favourites. They include turkey & stuffing, brie cranberry & rocket, and ham & pease pudding sandwiches; and sweets like mini mince pies, fruit cake and a mulled berry fool. Starting from 27th November and being served from 12-5pm, it’s recommended that you book early to avoid missing out.

A Perfect Christmas Stay

If you’re looking for the ideal meet-up venue for friends and family, or you simply want to enjoy a Christmas break away from home, you can take advantage of our two-night Christmas residential package.

The two-night stay will include a room which is yours for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, and entertainment along with food will be provided throughout your stay. Festive afternoon tea on Christmas Eve will be followed by the local choir singing carols in our Coast House. Pre-dinner drinks and an evening meal from Restaurant 1782 will conclude the day.

Christmas Day itself will include a delicious cooked breakfast, followed by a four-course Christmas lunch and the airing of the King’s Speech. In the evening, a festive buffet will be provided, and on Boxing Day you can enjoy a hearty breakfast to set you up for the journey home.

As well as Christmas Day, we’re also still offering rooms throughout December, which is ideal for if you’re visiting the local area, be it Christmas shopping in Berwick or taking a wintery walk in the Northumberland National Park.

Party the Night Away

Marshall Meadows Manor House is the top destination to consider for a memorable Christmas Party Night. You can celebrate with your friends and colleagues with a glittering night of feasting and dancing.

A three-course festive meal will be provided, and this will be followed by music and dancing with our resident DJ and disco. The night starts at 7pm and finishes at 12am, with carriages being provided for a ride home. Alternatively, you can make a night of it and take advantage of our special bed and breakfast rate, ensuring you have a succulent breakfast to wake up to in the morning.

The party nights will take place on every Friday and Saturday in December before Christmas, with the exception of Saturday 23rd December. It’s recommended to book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

As well as Christmas, we’re also offering a Hogmanay celebration to see in 2024. Along with a two night stay, you can also join us for a five-course gala dinner and celebrations through to midnight with our resident DJ, disco and our resident piper. You can then enjoy breakfast, afternoon tea and an à la carte menu on New Year’s Day.
